Hi Guys, I am a new user however so far impressed with the product.

I wish to produce a detailed monthly session report for individual tickets which includes the amount of data sent and recieved. Is this possible. Normal session reports only include login times not the amount of data sent and received. We charge per megabyte so clients need this info.

Thank you for your interest in our product and your questions!

In order to get such a report please do the following:

1) Run Windows > Start > Programs > CuteHotspot > Reports

2) Click the "Services" report button on the left

3) Select the "Traffic" service in the left list.

You should get the tickets with data downloaded in the right list.

Thanks Serge that´s great and most helpful. Is there any way to have a similar report but with more detail eg detail of traffic per ticket on a daily basis?

Unfortunately there is no daily drop down. I've added this to our product road map, hope we implement it one day.
