Hi Serge, Our cutehotspot has stopped working. Clients dont get log in screen etc. Give me some instructions of how to reinstall it please. Best J

1) Are you using the demo or registered version?

2) What do you mean "stopped working"? Can you start CuteHotspot?

Registered version.

Runs OK but clients donīt get log in! Restarted server etec etc but no good?

1) Are you sure that you clients actually goes via your CuteHotspot (server) computer? Can they surf the web if you turn off the server computer?

2) Do you have 2 LAN cards in your server computer with Internet connection sharing enabled between them?

3) Do you have correct LAN card selected in the CuteHotspot > main menu > Tools > Internet... > Adapter option?

4) Do you have "Wi-Fi billing" option enabled (main menu > Tools > Internet... > Wi-Fi billing)?

Serge, the system has worked for a year no probs and configured correctly!!! No changes here just stopped working ie log in page not appearing on clients terminals. Clients currently connected via Wi Fi for free to maintain service for them!!!

Both cards work fine and with a year of experience working with this I canīt figure it out?

If you open http://127.0.0.1 on your server computer, do you get the login page?

I wonder if for some reason our network driver stopped working, maybe because of the conflict with any other software recently installed on the server computer...

What CuteHotspot version and Windows version do you use?

We have to check that the network driver is working well. Could you please do the following:

run Windows > Start > Run > msinfo32, make export and email me your system info file to support@cutehotspot.com

?
