Pricing

We recommend using the pre-paid tickets and the ticket setup wizard which helps you setup your pricing as well.

Pricing packages

You can setup individual time/traffic pricing for each type of your customers (general, students, VIPs, etc.). Create as many pricing packages as many types of customers you have.

Pricing properties

Pricing includes:

name on receipt, if different from the base name
pricing unit, which can be an item, minute, hour or fixed amount of money
startup fee, which is added once to a customer session
round value and method: none, minimum, maximum, nearest (view examples)
taxing value and type: included in or excluded from the price
time zones with individual pricing for each zone
time zone role that specifies whether customer is charged using the very time zone when his session is started or using each time zone that overlaps the session
fixed or tabular price for each time zone
minimal charge
